I created this Chocolate Avocado Pudding recipe to fulfill my chocolate cravings while increasing my daily fiber intake and protein. It is perfect for any diet protocol, gluten free, high in fiber, low in carbs, filling and loaded with micronutrients such as magnesium and polyphenols. I often have this as my breakfast but it makes a lunch, dinner or snack.

Prep Time : 3 minutes


1/2 medium avocado 2 tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder 25 grams of protein powder (I use vanilla) 1 scoop of Further Food Collagen powder 1 tablespoon chia flax seed meal    (both optional)  3 cubes of ice water (about 1/2 cup) *optional raw cacao nibs


1.Combine all ingredients in a blender 2. Mix until a thick pudding or shake forms 3. Pour into serving glass *optional top with raw cacao nibs
