This quick and easy dessert combines the antioxidant powder of berries and dark chocolate with coconut oil and sea salt for a delicious, healthy guilt free dessert that hits the spot!

Yields: about 15 servings
Chocolate Berry Clusters
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen berries (you can use mixed berries or blueberries)
- 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips melted I use Lily’s Dark Chocolate, it is low in sugar and has added fiber)
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil (room temperature, it needs to be liquid not solid)
- Sea salt
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Melt chocolate and mix melted chocolate with coconut oil
- Place 4-5 berries in a cluster on the baking sheet
- Drizzle chocolate mixture over the berries
- Top with sea salt
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes
