This recipe is so simple it can be prepped and made during halftime then used to make tacos, quesadillas, eaten with rice & beans or simply enjoyed on it own.


Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3.5 hours
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts (can use frozen chicken breast or fresh) 1/4 cup Sriracha 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 2 tbsps olive oil (optional) 3-4 limes fresh squeezed
DIRECTIONS
Throw all ingredients into the crock pot and cook on low for 3.5 hours (non frozen will cook faster)
Chicken will shred apart
Use with soft tortillas for tacos, add cheese and salsa and press in a pan/ sandwich press for quesadillas
