1/2 cup egg whites

2 slices of sprouted grain bread (e.g. Dave’s Killer Bread, Ezekiel Bread)  1 tablespoon cold pressed coconut oil 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Beat the egg whites in a bowl.
  2. Dip bread in egg whites until fully soaked.
  3. Heat pan over medium heat with coconut oil.
  4. Place soaked bread into pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Place on plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Top with sugar free syrup, coconut oil, Walden Farms Syrup or whipped cream and berries!
