INGREDIENTS

83g  Kodiak Cake Mix (whole wheat & honey flavor, or flavor of choice) 1.5 scoops (40g) of Whey protein powder 2 whole eggs 2 scoops Further Food Collagen Peptides

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre heat oven to 350

Spray mini donut pan with non stick spray

Mix all ingredients in a bowl (they will not become very thick like a cake batter)

Pour ingredients into donut pan

Bake for about 15 mins

*optional – you can add fruit or chocolate chips into the mix
