INGREDIENTS
2 oz (dry) Explore Cuisine Organic Edamame Pasta
2 tbsp Le Grand Vegan Pesto Sauce
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
1/2 teaspoon grass fed butter (optional if vegan)
1/2 ounce almond slices
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil water for pasta, place pasta in water and cook for 3 mins (be careful not to overcook). Strain water from pasta.
In a separate pan combine butter, pesto, spinach, almonds and cilantro over medium heat and cook until spinach cooks down.
Place pasta on plate and top with pesto sauce.
