1 cup steel cut oats
4 cups water
1 large apple diced with skin on
½ cup cinnamon
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Oatmeal with Peanut Butter & Egg Whites
¼ cup Slow cooked oats with apples and cinnamon
add 4 cooked egg whites
1 tsbp PB
